Its been a pretty sad downtime considering there are only two other posts. Topics today are my Xbox, Mabinogi, and my somewhat bland job situation. First the Xbox, during its semi-weekly trip to Jason’s place for 4-player rockbanding it got the dreaded RRoD. Needless to say it was promptly shutdown and spent the last couple days sitting in peace. Last night after seeing the fact that the Portal ending song, ‘Still Alive’, would be free to download today, I rehooked it up to test.

Success!

So now the Xbox qualifies as a Zombie and very approperate that the reason I gave it another try (other than the fact I am sure MS support would have had me try the same thing) was something named ‘Still Alive’.

Next topic…. a new MMO named Mabinogi has caught my interest due to not having the money to keep WOW going.  Its kinda a mix between Diablo and the way ‘The World’ game looks in the .Hack series. It has a great skill system that allows for good customization and a wonderful crafting system.

Lastly and probably to saddest topic is the job situation is the job market and its relation to me. Right now my best bet for a job seems to be going back to stocking and delivering supplies (internally) for Richland Memorial.

Anyway we will see if I can actually get to updating on a better schedule.

The past weekend has been a bit of ups and downs. Did the usually hanging out with friends and stuff. Been getting better at Rock Band drums on Thurs with Jason and Martin. Friday was the usual instance run day. Managed a couple of runs of Hellfire Ramparts with alts (well mostly since Adrian’s char is still at that range and Jill’s only alt is horde side on our server). And on Sat since Adrian was up from Beaufort we played more WoW rather than DnD. And now the climb is over and the plummet starts.

Around 3am we were all heading out and my car decides it wont start, since Martin hadnt even hit Two Notch yet, had him give a ride home and would deal with the car on Sun. Yup and turns out it was the batt which isnt so bad except that I am as most who read this page know. So I got a lift and jumpers from my dad and hung out with Sean and Jill for a while. Around 10 or so I notice it had started to drizzle and so thought I would be good to get things settled before the raining starts. In the middle of setting up the cables (which takes longer than normal as my car is an old PoS that didnt even have the hood holder when I got it) and then *flash, boom, pour* and there I am in my now almost see-through white tee with the randomness of my thought train wondering how this would look if I was female. Finally get it started and make it home.

Now in a theme park that would be the part of the coaster that took you picture nd try and sell it to you in a booth beside the line.

So here we go, by demand of certain friends, I am now offically blogging. What will happen next who knows.
